Something for everyone here with our own farm pedigree Dexter bone in rib, 4 pedigree Dexter burgers and 2 Tamworth loin chops. All our animals are GM and antibiotic free. 

The 100% pedigree Dexter bone in rib is sensational, hung for 21 days and now perfect for eating. A deep buttery fat cap surrounds some sweet dense steak meat. These are a native, heritage breed that have been roaming the fells for the last 36 months eating nothing but rich pasture, full of different species of grass and herbs whilst regenerating the grass and soil they leave behind.

The trim from the same cows has been used to produce our in-house burgers with nothing in them but meat and fat.

The Tamworth pigs have been reared in a wood, inside from 4-6 months with outside access in last month. They are fed on fruit & vegetables from a local grocer who would otherwise throw them out and a special mix feed which includes approx 20% soy husks which are a waste by-product of soy for human consumption (this is being phased out)
